How to find an Outstanding Executive for your Company

Mal is not a recruitment agent and doesn't want to be mistaken for one. He has a unique methodology to ensure that your role is filled by the right person. In fact, he guarantees it.
Here is what he offers.
We work with Senior Executives and Managers only: Mal is focussed on the AIEA Members and only accepts assignments that match their talents and skills. As an example, he would work in a vacancy for a Financial Controller or CFO, but he would not work on a vacancy for an accounts payable clerk. The reason for this is that the former is drawn to become an AIEA member whilst the latter is not. Think six-figure people.
Speedy Results: The potential candidates for your role are already pre-qualified as AIEA members. This means that your new hire can be in place and operational within days.
One-off Cost: Mal’s fee is not calculated as a percentage of the annual salary and benefits package, as a Recruiter’s would. Instead, he will contract to work with you to help in your selection and charge a modest, once-only fee. This is irrespective of the elapsed time or complexity of the assignment. This fee is around a quarter to a third that charged by an Executive Search company.
Guaranteed Result: Mal will work on the assignment until it is completed. He generally delivers a shortlist within two weeks. He then provides a 90-day warranty. If the placement falls over (for any reason) Mal will recommence the assignment.
